From group training sessions before the event to pre-race seminars and a post-race party, train for and compete at one of the most prestigious marathons in Europe alongside Ben and Steph. Travel Around Paris – Metro: A single metro ticket can be used for one journey, including all connections. Keep hold of your ticket until you have completed your journey, as you may be asked to show it if tickets are being inspected. If you cannot produce proof of payment for the ticket inspectors, you may risk paying a fine.
Today you have the option to collect your Entry/Bib if you choose to do so independently (we offer a guided trip to the race expo on day two). Make your way to the registration and EXPO at the Porte Versailles EXPO centre. This is easy to get to by Metro from the hotel.
2024 Paris Marathon medical certificate: To be able to take part in the Paris Marathon, you require a medical certificate. You can download the 2024 Paris Marathon medical certificate form here and get it signed by your doctor.
Begin the day with a 5km shakeout run led by Runna’s coaches along the River Seine. This is the perfect way to ease yourself into race weekend and loosen up for the big day.
Later in the morning, our Sports Tours reps will lead a guided trip to the race village where you will collect your race number from the Porte Versailles EXPO centre. In the evening, the Runna coaching team will lead a pre-race briefing and seminar. Gain valuable insight on what to expect during the race and how to unlock your best possible performance!
Today is the day of the 2024 Schneider Electric Paris Marathon. Our reps will guide you from the hotel to the start of the Marathon by public transport or lead the 30 minute walk. You will have a phenomenal day out running in the ‘city of light’ before rejoining the Runna community at the hotel later that day. Enjoy a drink on us as you celebrate with Ben, Steph and the Runna team!
After breakfast, check out of the hotel by 12pm where you will then have time to explore Paris before your return or onward journey. If you would like to stay extra nights, please contact us to check prices and availability.

Paris is served by 3 airports; Paris Orly, Paris Beauvais and Charles de Gaulle
Charles de Gaulle Airport to Paris is best by taking the RER B airport city train leaving from either CDG Terminal 2 or Roissypole (for CDG Terminal 1 and CDG Terminal 3 passengers). Orly does not have a train station and requires Metro then train to central Paris
It is very difficult to find on-street parking in the centre of Paris and normally it is very expensive
Bus transfer from Charles de Gaulle Airport to the centre of Paris takes approx 80 minutes. There is a choice of six routes by airport bus from from three separate services. All services terminate in different parts of Paris, so you will need to check the service you need
Travelling by train from London to Paris is quick, easy and enjoyable. From London St Pancras the takes just over 2 hours
If airport transfers are included in your package, we will transfer you and your Luggage to the hotel. If you are on a cycling holiday, we will also transfer your bike.
Children are welcome on our trips with the exception of some Hospitality packages.
Any dietary requirements e.g., Vegetarian or Vegan etc needs to be advised to us at booking stage. We will then request the meals with the relevant hotel.
Stays can be extended beyond our standard packages subject to availability at the relevant hotel.
Packages can be paid for online or over the phone by Credit/debit card or Amex, payments can also be made by Bank transfer.
Travel insurance is always advised and is best taken out at the time of making a booking.

Yes, we cater for solo travellers, we can offer single rooms or twin share rooms
On many of our travel packages we offer our free ‘Twin to Share’ service where you pay to share a room rather than the supplement for a single room. We encourage single travellers to join our tours and rooms for single occupancy are available on all our tours, but we also offer the opportunity to book our ‘Twin to Share’ service. This option which means that we pair you up with another athlete of the same sex so you can enjoy the event without having to pay the single occupancy supplement.
All our entries are Guaranteed there is no ballot, lottery or fundraising required once your entry is paid it is guaranteed.
