The 2027 L’Étape du Tour is expected to take place on Sunday 18 July, please note the route is to be confirmed.
In 2026, the route followed the legendary Alpe d’Huez climb tackled from the opposite side, offering a fresh and challenging perspective on the iconic ascent. Amateur cyclists had the chance to experience the thrill of a full mountain stage under true race-day conditions. Itinerary
DAY 1 – ARRIVAL DAY
You can choose to purchase airport transfers or make your own way to your selected hotel. Upon arrival, our bike mechanics will be available at the hotel to assist with bike assembly.
We look forward to kicking off the week with you!
DAY 2 – Race Brief & Expo Day
Once all bikes have been assembled and checked, we’ll escort all clients to the Expo to collect race bibs and drop off bikes. A race briefing will also be held today for both riders and spectators. During the briefing, we’ll cover key details about the course, important safety information, and what to expect on race day.
Exact timings will be included in your travel itinerary, which will be sent to you 10 days prior to your arrival.
DAY 3 – Race day!
Start your race day with an early breakfast provided at the hotel. Then ride down for the official start, we’ll see you along the route at our additional feed station for extra support!
At the finish line, our team will be waiting with well-earned recovery drinks and snacks.
In the evening, join us to celebrate the day’s achievements with the team and fellow riders. It’s the perfect way to toast your success!
DAY 5 – DEPARTURE DAY
Our airport transfers will be available to purchase. Alternatively, please continue your onward journey.
