HOW TO TRAIN FOR YOUR SPRING MARATHON DURING THE WINTER MONTHS: WITH OUR AMBASSADORS!
National Fitness Day takes place on the 23rd September 2020, and this year the theme is #Fitness2Me means… As people across the nation share what fitness means to them, highlighting that keeping physically active means something different to us all. #Fitness2Me aims to be the biggest movement in breaking down the barriers that stop people being active, showing that fitness is for everyone!
We thought we’d ask some of our staff what motivates them to keep fit, and find out their #Fitness2Me meanings.
#Fitness2Me means… “not spending two hours a day sat in my car commuting, but substituting it for two hours a day on the bike…..marvellous!”
#Fitness2Me means…”feeling good about myself and being healthy”
#Fitness2Me means… “is all about feeling great, there’s no better feeling then finishing a run a workout or a long walk, it sets you up for the day!”
#Fitness2Me means… “Fit is the New Rich. Money is no use without health”
#Fitness2Me means… “A healthy lifestyle and happy mind. It means I can eat a Nando’s on a Friday without having guilt”
#Fitness2Me means… “Feeling healthy, and getting some time to myself each day.”
In a year when keeping fit has never been more important for both our physical and mental health, and many of us have had to adapt out fitness routines, it has been good to take some time to consider what fitness means to us. We can’t wait for all the events, around the world, to return. So, we can see you achieving your fitness goals with us in 2021.
