International Women’s Day: Joanna Rowsell Shand’s Video Message

Our Ambassador and Double Olympic Champion, Joanna Rowsell Shand is supporting Press for Progress see her video message above.

Joanna is an exceptional athlete and shares our desire to promote cycling to the masses and to get more women into cycling. Now, more than ever, there’s a strong call-to-action to press forward and progress gender parity. People around the world are Pressing for Progress by motivating and uniting friends, colleagues and whole communities to think, act and be gender inclusive.

Working together with Joanna on a number of initiatives across all of our brands we aim to tackle the boundaries of women’s cycling and provide an inclusive sporting environment for all women. Joanna is a truly inspirational person and is a fantastic role model for women in sport. She will be at the centre of our new campaign #GirlsGoCycling which looks at involving more women in cycling and providing unique cycling holidays specifically for women.

We believe that sport is for everyone and that’s why we are proud to support International Women’s Day 2018 and Press for Progress for women around the world.
