We here at Sports Tours International are always on the look out for energetic people to help us make our already brilliant events even better, and you are just the person! If you have a passion for helping others, have an interest in sport or just want to donate some of your time to a very worthwhile event, then we’d love to hear from you.

Why should I volunteer?

Its great fun being part of our dedicated team of volunteers, why not get involved and feel that excitement when cheering on those runners raising lots of money for their charities? The runners really appreciate the help they receive both before and on race day, so volunteers really do make the event!
We will reward all volunteers with a great experience, great memories, a friendly environment as well as a technical t-shirt, goody bag, certificate of attendance and lunch pack as a thank you from us and the runners.

Volunteer Feedback for UKFast We Love Manchester 10k 2016 – Course Marshal

Really enjoyed this event. I had the opportunity to see the participants run pass me twice since I was located around the 2k and 5k. The participants had a lot of energy which made the experience fun as they help me to feel confident and I was able to motivate them to continue to push themselves. I would recommend this event and would do this again next year!

Our races always requires great people in the following areas:
• Pre-event leaflet distribution
• Event set-up (banners, flags etc)
• Race route marshalling
• Bag Drop team
• Water Station team
• Cheering stations out on the course and much more!
